My Story
Growing up in Colorado, I’ve always been passionate about all things outdoors: hiking, backpacking, mountain biking, skiing, you name it! But everything changed in the blink of an eye.
Over a decade ago, I sustained a debilitating injury that doctors said I’d live with forever, never again able to pursue my outdoor passions. Unsatisfied with this verdict, I turned to the food I consumed, wondering if a change in what and how I ate could help my body heal. Fast forward six months, and I was injury-free and back to the outdoors, feeling more energized, clear-headed, and stronger than ever.
Encouraged by this change, I continued to experiment with my diet and other areas of my health, including my sleep hygiene, relationship to fitness, stress management techniques, and mindfulness practices. I realized every facet of health is interconnected, and making a change in one area impacted all others. Yet this understanding was only the beginning of my next chapter.
I want to help others experience the same life-changing effects of establishing and achieving health-related goals that I did. So, I pursued my health and wellness coaching certification and have since developed a simple yet powerful health coaching practice.

Health Coach Institute Intensive Pathway Program graduate
NBHWC board certified health and wellness coach*
200 hour certified yoga instructor
Bachelor’s in Psychology, Linguistics, and Secondary Education from the University of Colorado at Boulder
