Health coaching is often misunderstood. Yet, at its core, it's simply supporting others with accountability and self-directed habits, lifestyle, and behavior changes. It’s a fast-growing service that complements traditional healthcare.

Sessions are typically scheduled weekly, either via phone or by video call. After several sessions, we can revisit scheduling to determine if we should shift to bi-monthly or monthly meetings.
